We are a local business and specialise in buying properties in Flintshire, Denbighshire and Wrexham.
However, we will consider properties in other areas and also have associate investors located in all parts of the country.
Why should I choose you over an Estate Agent to sell my home fast?
We are a local professional business that buys residential properties in North Wales. We buy all types of homes direct from the owners regardless of the condition of the property. This means that you don't have to worry about arranging viewing’s, tidying up rooms, mending the property to make it attractive to buyers, or undertaking those last minute decoration tasks. There's no property chain to worry about and, as we buy direct, you won't be hanging around waiting for offers to come in. There will be no ‘For Sale’ sign and we will be discrete.
Will you give me a fair market price for my property?
We will give you a fair trade price for your property if you want to sell your home quickly. On average this is 80% to 85% of the price that you might obtain from an estate agent.
Bear in mind however that estate agents regularly over-value properties from the outset. This gives them space to suggest a drop in price if the property has still not sold several months down the line.
In addition, Network Homes are covering all costs, such as surveyors, Solicitors fees, etc and you will not have to pay Estate Agents Fees, or for a HIP.
We need to sell fast, do you only buy houses?
Not at all. As well as houses, we consider bungalows, commercial properties and also plots of land or even parts of gardens, providing there is some form of access.
We will also consider agricultural builings and uninhabitable properties.
Does it matter if the property is in poor condition?
We frequently buy properties which require updating and are in need of general refurbishment.
How long will the process take?
It can be completed as quickly as you wish. Just state the timescale required. We can complete in as little as 3 weeks, but usually the whole process takes 3-4 weeks.
Do I need a Home Information Pack?
Network Homes is a private buyer of your property. As such, you do not require a Home Information Pack to sell your property to us.
What will the service cost?
Nothing. There are no estate agents fees and no survey fees.
Will I still require a Solicitor?
Yes, but fortunately we can arrange this for you if you wish. Alternatively, you can use your current Solicitor or find a suitable one and Network Homes will contribute up to £400 towards their bill.
If I request a valuation am I committed to sell to Network Homes?
Until we have made an offer and you have agreed to it, there is never any obligation for you to do anything. You are not tied-in to anything.
